Far from the Madding Crowd – Interactive Infographic (HTML/CSS)

This solo project consists of an immersive, web-based infographic created using HTML and CSS, designed to visually explore and summarize the 2015 film adaptation of Far from the Madding Crowd.

My key contributions included:

• Information Architecture: I structured the content to highlight the film’s setting, main characters, narrative arcs, and central themes in a clear, logical flow.

• Visual Design & Styling: I selected fonts, colors, and graphic elements that evoke the rural Victorian atmosphere and emotional tone of the story.

• Responsive Layout: The infographic adapts seamlessly to different screen sizes, ensuring consistent readability and visual appeal across desktop and mobile devices.

• CSS Animation & Interaction: I implemented subtle hover states, transitions, and layout refinements to engage viewers and guide them through the information interactively.

This project demonstrates my ability to transform cinematic storytelling into an engaging, interactive experience using clean, standards-based front-end development and thoughtful visual design.
